Usage notes: +acc is more rare than +dat but seems to be nearly synonymous
With verbs of motion/speaking, means "to". With verbs about rest, means "at"/"beside". Used for experiencing things w. one, or receiving concepts from one. Also occurs in a sense of "at x happening, something else happened."
